Onboarding at Digi covers the essentials and helps you understand how Digi operates and what to expect as you get started. We’ll walk through insurance and benefits, company values, the employee handbook and code of conduct, and how our branches and PODs are structured.

We’ll also get you fully set up with your technology, including your laptop, company iPhone, system access, email signature, and tools like RAMP, so you’re ready to step into your role.

We’ll review pay, benefits, and key forms together so you know what everything means and where to go with questions.

What's Next
You’ll begin role-specific training and get settled into your day-to-day work with support from your manager and team.

You will receive a few emails from Adobe Sign. These consist of: New Hire Paperwork, I9 Document & Employee and Family Information, W4, and depending on your state, a state tax document.
